How do I log my SNA Volunteer hours?
**Take a picture upon arriving and when you leave to receive credit**
Hours are to be submitted on OrgLink within ONE week (read below for instructions)*

Photo Instructions
Take a photo with a time stamp upon arrival.
Take a second photo with a time stamp when you are done.
Email BOTH photos to a project coordinator AND submit your hours to OrgLINK

OrgLINK Instructions
Submit hours within ONE week after serving.
Submissions must INCLUDE:
- Detailed experience of what occurred
- Describe how the service directly impacts the community
- Include verification email and contact name the agency.
If hours are denied, appeal by emailing leadership@shsu.edu

Due Date
All hours must be submitted by December 1st at 2359.
Members must have 10 hours to remain in good standing for the semester.
